NEW: Machinery Center

The new SCS Machinery Center offers Swiss machinery manufacturers much sought-after space for the exhibition of their machinery products and the facilities to provide after-sales services, import/export and customs clearance, bonded warehousing for spare parts, training for internal staff or client operators as well as R&D, marketing and sales activities.

The Machinery Center can be separated and rented out according to Members needs in units of 100 to 500 sqm. Click here to view the floor plan.

Combined with the already existing and closely located SCS Business Center and SCS Workshop Building, the new SCS Machinery Center allows SCS to become a one-stop service platform for SME's business development in China.

In addition to that, the tenants of the Machinery Center will benefit from an accrued visibility by displaying their products in the area with the largest cluster of Swiss companies (see SCS Business Cluster) and from the excellent relationship between SCS and the local Shanghai Xinzhuang Industry Park (SHXIP) Government.

SCS Machinery Center services include:

Modular show room, including office area	USD	8.- to 12.- / sqm / month according to size
- The rental includes: cost of installed space with air-con, ceiling, lighting and painted floor, smoke detector system, cleaning for the public area, security, connection to public utilities such as telephone & electricity. - Excluded are: cost of electricity, cost of heating/cooling and other utilities. Excluded are also the costs of communication/IT cabling, hardware & software, furniture and any working or special equipments.
Public exhibition hall	USD	According to exhibition area needed
- The rental includes: cost of decoration, air-con space, cleaning for the public area. The property management fee is included.
Bonded Warehouse for Spare Parts
- One Steel Shelf (18040240cm, 4 levels)	USD	100.- / month
- Public storage space (60 sqm)	USD	15.- / sqm / month
- The rental includes: cost of space, security, cleaning for the public area, illuminating electricity, including basic warehouse management (pick-up and delivery things in and out at fixed working time, taking records, labeled).
Customer Training Centers
- Large Training Room (in classroom style) for 30 people	USD	60.- / day, or according to package arrangement
- Middle Training Room (in classroom style) for 10 people	USD	40.- / day, or according to package arrangement
- The rental includes: cost of space, electricity, air-conditioning, twice coffee/tea break served in the morning & afternoon, in-built projector in the large room, conference audio system, ADSL internet access, Wireless connection.

All services subject to 5.82% current Business Tax.
